- We have a comprehensive range of quality mountain bikes, tourers, tandems (mtb & touring) and recumbents. All with 21 to 27 synchronised gears for ease of use, regularly updated and well maintained. Mountain bikes with front or full suspension.
- Family excursions are our speciality - seats for children up to forty pounds, trailers (for 1 or 2 children), trailerbikes and small framed mountain bikes for juniors.
- When hiring bikes, we offer advice on routes from 10 to 30 miles both on or off road for your complete enjoyment.
- We will be pleased, given prior notice, to plan routes tailored to your interest. Experienced Guides are available for groups.
- We will deliver cycles to hotels, guest houses, bed and breakfast establishments and campsites.
- In an emergency we will rescue you from the depths of the countryside. Booking essential.
- We are open all day every day, all the year round, to take bookings and answer queries.

- From Abergavenny take the A465 towards Merthyr Tydfil. After 3 miles come to a large roundabout. Go all the way round and take the last exit - signed 'Glanbaiden' and No Access lane. Pass two houses on the left and then take left turn. Drive into courtyard of Hopyard Farm. Please contact us before you visit.
- Off road cycling in the Black Mountains, Sugar Loaf, Brecon Beacons.
- Cycle along the Monmouthshire and Brecon Canal towpaths to Goitre Wharf, admire the colourful barges and partake of refreshments before turning back.
- Follow the old railway line to visit Abergavenny, locally known for its livestock and produce market.
- Explore parts of the National Cycle Network - Lon Las Cymru (South to North Wales) which passes through Abergavenny.
- Hopyard Farm is ideally located for cycling - both off and on road - being located on the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park, and within a few minutes of the Monmouthshire and Brecon Canal. The old railway line links to Abergavenny to join with the nos 8/42 National Cycle Network - north to Hay-on-Wye and south to Usk and Chepstow.
- This former dairy farm now offers four self-catering cottages converted from a stone barn - sleeping 3,4,5 and 6 people with childrens play area.
- New! Shower and changing facilities available & Quality group accommodation.
- £50 to £250 per bike depending on type and number of bikes.
- Minimum of 6 bikes, front suspension bikes £11 for 3 hours, £15 per day.
- Rigid Bikes, mid week term time £7 for 3 hours £12 per day.
- Other times (under 16 years only) £9 for 3 hours £13 per day
- Within 10 mile radius of Hopyard Farm is £1 per cycle (minimum of £5). Aditional miles at 50p per mile.
