Security
All cycles when left unattended must be locked to a secure object and this must include the front wheel and frame, or they must be kept in a locked building, locks are provided. Always lock the cycle when you leave it, even for a short time. The hirer is responsible for the bike and equipment and will be liable for any loss or damage to them.

Loss and damage deposit
A deposit of (£50 per bike, £100 per tandem or Full Suspension Mountain Bike, £250 per group hire) is required when hiring a bike but is refundable on return of bike. The hirer will be liable to pay in full the cost of any loss or damage of bike and/or equipment.

Payment
Payment is due when you receive your bike(s).

Positive Identification
Some form of identification Is required from each hirer plus a permanent address.

Date/Time of arrival
When booking we need a date and time of arrival (bikes will only be reserved for half an hour beyond that time and will then be available for hire to others). We also need heights of riders at the time of booking.

Group Size
Is restricted to a maximum of 10. This is to improve your enjoyment and reduce your impact on the other forest users.

Children
Children under 14 years must be accompanied by an adult.

Hire Period 
Half day - 10 am to 1 pm, or 2 pm to 5 pm, Day  - 9 am to 6 pm, Other times by arrangements - a surcharge may be levied.

The right to hire - is at the discretion of PedalAway.
